SMS/text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send service-related messages about your appointment or active project, such as crew arrival times, mitigation progress, inspection and adjuster visits, claim status updates, and job completion. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent collected through our SMS program are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
