Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about our services, process, pricing, and service area.
Services
What services does Bravo Zulu Restoration offer?
We handle water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, storm damage and emergency board-up, crime scene and biohazard cleanup, and residential and commercial remodeling.
Are you licensed for mold remediation in Texas?
Yes. Any mold project over 25 contiguous square feet legally requires a TDLR-licensed remediation contractor in Texas, and we hold that license.
Do you handle both the restoration and the rebuild?
Yes. We stay with the project from emergency mitigation through full reconstruction, so you are not coordinating multiple contractors.
Process & Timeline
How fast can you respond to an emergency?
We prioritize active losses and get a crew moving as soon as you call, day or night.
What happens during the first visit?
We inspect the damage, assess the scope, and create a plan of action. For water losses, we also begin extraction and drying right away if needed.
How long does a typical restoration project take?
It depends heavily on the type and size of the loss. We will give you a specific estimate once we've assessed your property.
Will you document the work for my insurance company?
Yes. We provide moisture readings, dry logs, and before, during, and after photos, and we work directly with your adjuster.
Pricing & Insurance
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes, on every applicable job. We document the loss thoroughly so the claims process moves faster.
Is there a cost for the initial inspection?
Contact us directly for current estimate and inspection policies.
What does your workmanship guarantee cover?
If any part of our workmanship does not meet the standard we set together at your final walkthrough, we return and correct it at no cost to you.
Service Area
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Richland Hills and serve Fort Worth, Arlington, Grapevine, Bedford, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Mansfield, Azle, and the rest of Tarrant County and the DFW Metroplex.
Do you serve commercial and multi-family properties, not just homes?
Yes. We work with property managers and facilities staff on both emergency response and ongoing service agreements.
Trust & Credentials
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are IICRC certified, TDLR-licensed for mold remediation, and carry a $1 million liability policy.
Is Bravo Zulu really veteran-owned?
Yes. The company was founded by a U.S. Navy veteran, and the name itself comes from a Navy signal meaning well done.
Will the same crew handle my whole project?
In most cases, yes, from initial response through final walkthrough.
